IRCTC

Well I should IRCTC my homepage. I find myself booking some ticket almost every other day. I was booking a ticket for my friend, everything was sailing smoothly but then just as the transaction was made the webpage disconnected. I had no ticket but the transaction had taken place. I called their customer service who asked me to send an e-mail. I did that and within one day my money was returned.
Rating
Reliability :- Ticket booking have been consistent throughout the years.
Assurance:- The helpline numbers make us believe every doubt will be solved
Tangibles :- The website is well maintained with lot of transaction options
Empathy:- The customer care executive understood my problems and gave prompt suggestions
Responsiveness :- The money was returned within 24 hours

Bloom’s Bar

We were just coming back from the market that we saw a billboard of Teachers and we realized its been a long time since we drank. Se we go best economy bar in Jamshedpur, the “Bloom’s Bar”. We find a nice sofa in the corner and sit there. The waiter asks us to shift to a smaller table. Well bullies we are we don’t. The waiter murmurs a bit but goes . He quickly takes the orders. We then cancel one order which he accepts very easily. The food was good and properly served. He never said anything even though due to us he lost a bigger customer group who could not get a place to sit

Reliability:- The food and drinks served have been of good quality
Assurance:- Whatever drink he was pouring he would show it to us
Tangibles:- The bar has a good ambience.
Empathy:- Even though we behaved badly, the waiter understood our want for more comfortable sitting and did not bother us
Responsiveness:- The food and drinks were served quickly

XL Dhaba

Its been two weeks, and we have started to love the mess food. So to do something about it, we went to our newly opened “XL Dhaba”. The moment we go in we see the familiar faces of old mess guys( Its they only who are cooking the food). Hope its better here. We look into the menu . It looks good and even has prawns. We order prawns biryani (Never heard of it before) and two cold drinks. The waiter says only food no drinks(not even cold drinks). The food comes after some 20 mins. Its good . Then we order veg Manchurian and fried rice. The guy comes in 5 min with two plates. We ask him what it was, to which he said chicken Manchurian. But we ordered veg Manchurian. The waiter curtly replies that then it would be veg Manchurian. Not convinced we went through. Even now we do not know what Manchurian it was. I hope it was either chicken or veg nothing else.

Reliability:- Not so good. The waiter was not aware what he was serving

Assurance:- Again Not so good due to same reason

Tangibles:-The dhaba has a good ambience. It does increase your initial experience

Empathy:-They did make an effort to serve quickly when the customer was getting restless

Responsiveness:-Good
